CCP again sending Competition Ordinance to MoF for re-promulgation
The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) will once again send the Competition Ordinance 2009 to the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday (today) for its re-promulgation. Sources told Business Recorder here on Tuesday that the Ordinance would lapse on March 26, 2010.
