Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said the Peshawar meeting on NFC Award has agreed in principle to do away with formula of population and agreed on resolving the issue on four main criteria of Population, Poverty, Revenue Collec-tion/Generation and Area besides a 5th one of War against terrorism in NWFP.
