$500 million AETP loan facility: ADB seeks policy action compliance status
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has sought the status of policy action compliance, a prerequisite for approval of $500 million loan facility under the Accelerating Economic Transformation Programme (AETP) (Subprogram 2). The ADB board is scheduled to meet on June 25 to approve $500 million loan under AETP (Subprogram 2). Pakistan is urging ADB to release the amount before the end of the current financial year 2008-09.
